I learned this while watching an anime studio tutorial, using onionskins to adjust bones pivot point.
1. Go to a frame, (I normally do frame 24) 2. Go back to frame 0 3.Turn on onionskins for that keyframe 4. Translate bones -you can now see when you move the bone the layer bind to it will change pivot 5. Make adjustments as needed
